Custom month to month fitness programming that looks at your fitness and creative goals and is designed to fit your busy schedule-whether you have 30 minutes or 2 hours for a workout.

  • Initial video consultation and assessment

  • 4 days/week of programming

  • In-app coaching via video

  • Access to online training log


 

Add-ons/single services

  • Additional days of programming (standard programming is 4 days/week)

  • One 45 min. skype call that includes spot coaching

  • 4X/month, 45 min skype calls that includes spot coaching
